Refund & Cancellation Policy
How trials, cancellations, and refunds work.

Free Trials
Refundr offers a free trial on all new subscriptions. You will not be charged during the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged. If you do not cancel, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan at the end of the trial using the payment method on file.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from the dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain full access until then. After cancellation, you will not be charged again.
Refunds
We ask customers to try the free experience before paying and contact support first if something does not work. Because you can cancel at any time to prevent future charges, we generally do not issue refunds for partial billing periods, unused time, buyer remorse, hiring outcomes, or forgotten renewals.
We make exceptions in these cases:
- Duplicate charges — if you are charged more than once in error, we refund the duplicates in full
- Unauthorized charges — if your account or payment method was used without authorization, we refund after investigation
- Technical service failure — if the Service materially failed to unlock or deliver the paid workflow and we cannot resolve it after you contact support, we may issue a credit or refund at our discretion
How to Request a Refund
Email support@primeholdco.com within 30 days of the charge. Include your account email, the date of the charge, and a brief description. We respond within 3 business days.
Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first — we can almost always resolve it faster than your bank. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in termination of your account.
